1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from physiverse.com (“the site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products
We sell optomechanical hardware including monolithic mirror mounts and motorized variants. Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to represent specifications accurately; actual performance may vary based on application and operating environment.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us, via Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total including taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $20 within the United States and $100 internationally. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us at hello@physiverse.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Custom or modified products are non-returnable.
7. Warranty
Standard products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal laboratory or industrial use. Misuse, modification, or operation outside specified conditions voids this warranty.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physiverse’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or this site shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost research time, or lost revenue.
9. Intellectual property
All site content — text, graphics, designs, and code — is the property of Physiverse and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
10. Export
Some products may be subject to US export-control regulations. By placing an international order you represent that you are not on any US-restricted-parties list and that delivery to your destination is lawful.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
